The maintenance supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.

The Controls Technician primary responsibility is to perform installation, Continuous Improvement, Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Test and Assembly Equipment.   Shift: 1st (6am - 6pm) 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off  $5,000 Sign on bonus

The Process Technician will have a primary focus on machines running to process book, ensuring quality parts are going to the operator, proper set up of mold changes and color changes. In this role the process tech is responsible for Injection Molding machines.

ABC Technologies is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage a shift and meet production requirements by ensuring that the proper quantity and quality of parts are being finished and standards maintained. To ensure that employees are properly trained, work efficiently, receive regular job performance feedback and work safely in a well-maintained and clean workplace. This applies to any time that his/her shift is performing any function.   3rd shift (11pm-7am)    Objectives: - Motivate employees by resolving issues and making sound decisions. - Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior managers. - Implement business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their strengths and abilities.  - Identify and implement changes for cost reduction and waste elimination.  - Development of team leads.  

The Material Handler ensures that product is moved from manufacturing cells and put away in the correct location in an organized and safe manner. Supplies manufacturing cells with the correct packaging, components, and WIP parts as specified per the customer requirements.

The Deskside Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to employees at ABC. This position involves supporting end-users' IT needs, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring seamless operations across two facilities. The role requires regular travel and interaction with users to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions efficiently.

This position is responsible for all plant machine control systems and documentation, and for working with Engineering on new machine controls and standards. They may design layout, materials and information flow, or machine placement. They may also be responsible for increasing production efficiency by evaluating performance and proposing and implementing improvements.

Responsible for assembling automotive parts while adhering to a specified set of blueprints. The assembler will monitor the correct quantity and quality of finished material, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment. Removing molded parts from the Blow Molding machine, operate the trim press, assembly fixtures, and/or finishing parts in a safe manner to efficiently produce quality and cost-effective parts for our customers. There parts/pieces must adhere to a specified set of blueprints.   Objectives: - Operate complex machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently - Meet production fulfillment needs of internal and external customers - Maintain high standards of company procedures and codes of conducts - Uphold a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary

ABC Technologies’ core business as an Automotive Tier 1 supplier is in the Design, Development and Production of plastic automotive systems and components for OEMs worldwide.   THE OPPORTUNITY The Engineering Change Coordinator will monitor and update engineering requests, authorizations, changes, and communication activities. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with engineering team to ensure all metrics are on time and complete. Track and communicate on a regular basis ECR/ECO backlog and progress. Monitor and populate APQP documents related to ECN’s, ECO, ECR’s, running changes, etc. Evaluate proper ECR/ECO submittal ensuring internal and external customer compliance. Coordinate with engineering team members, customers (as requested), vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and time bound activities are being met. Serve as single point plant contact for engineering related to ECN/ECR/ECO, and BOM issues.
